So let me back track to last saturday, we went to dp and i saw matt (the owner there) its always nice to see a familiar face isn't it?? Then we came back and had class... 3 hours of straight espanol but its fine, you get used to it, kind of. Sunday was definitely new for me, never had a fast sunday in the mtc, lol do you think god really accepts our fast if we didn't get the chance to use our agency and choose to fast??? Idk, mind trip right??? Lol i try not to dwell on the dumb stuff like that too much tho, i usually just get myself all worked up and pissed over something not worth my time!!! other then the not getting to exercise my own agency fast sunday was good tho, took some bomb notes and we finnnnnallly had a good devotional for once. Crazy, i've been to like 12 devotionals since ive been here and besides elder bednars the only one worth my time was president reynolds (president of timpanogas temple and wife of sister reynolds the young womens or relief society president of something on those lines) who was possibly the driest most monotonic speaker we've had but who gave some incredible insight on the book of mormon... Yeah id be down to listen to him again, as long as i was given a heads up so i could take some caffeine pills before hand (thanks mom) so i don't fall asleep!!! Sunday night was lowkey really depressing, we said goodbye to the oldest district in my zone and our old zone leaders its insane how close i got with some of those guys in just a couple of weeks but i guess when you go to class together, eat together and poop together ( the answer to the question you were forming in your head is yes, poop together, we like to exercise the open door policy in our bathroom ) then the bonds of friendship get really strong really quicK!!! I'm so grateful i got to learn from those guys, have fun with em and meet em in general, i can't wait to see how they do out in the field, they are some pretty spectacular kids!!! So it sucked having them gone, but all the snacks they left behind for us and the thought of them sitting scared to death in the mission home in chihuahua mexico lifted my spirits pretty quickly.
My scrips broke, i know they didn't even last me a month, but don't worry momma, brother monson who litterally is the jim chase of the mtc (love and miss you jim) is taking care of me!!! He told me des book will replace my scrips and he'll be bringing me a new pair and hopefully some cafe rio in the manana:) hahaha Brother monson really is so cool tho, imagine president monson, bald with some harry patter glasses (yes i already told you this) and minus 150 pounds... lol yeah, he's tall... And skinny, but this guy is probably the most stylish guy i know, skinny suits, skinny ties, and an incredible shoe game... To top it off, he's got photographic memory, this dude will spit more scriptures and more doctrine out at me in 15 minutes then i could read in hours, its incredible haha he's my homie tho, he takes care of me, we talk a lot its pretty tight.
Tuesday guess what i did... I went to class, then i went to class, then i went to class... I had a devotional... Then i went to class... hahahaha yea boring right?? Its alright tho, ive been holding some tie trading conventions in my apartement at night with the most random elders... Its all about that paisley life, and you know me, rocking them sweet will genes, i go to work in the tie trading business, its fantastico!!! hahaha
The temple opened up today, so we finally got to go this morning, man i missed going there, but it felt so so good to be back!!! Yall ever done sealings?? I hadn't either, until today, well i was just a witness but it was the dopest dope i never smoked hahahaha no i don't smoke don't trip people!! So hears the deal everyone, i realize that this weeks letters short, and im so sorry, but i gotta go hit the gym and get on that volleyball grind or else imma go insane during class tonight!!
Scripture of the Week: Phillipians 4:13 "i can do all things through christ which strengtheneth me" yea, short... But incredibly sweet, little testimony for ya'll, i just want you to testify of the truthfulness of this!!!
